This could be a better cafe if the chef or receptionist stops vibing to songs on full volume while someone is reading. As it isn't possible for one to concentrate while reading when Himesh Reshammiya's are being played at full volume and bass in the background and that too even after telling the receptionist to lower the volume. I hope you would take this into consideration in order to go with the tagline of the cafe. Also, there is a dearth of Reader friendly cafes in the city. So, this could be a great place for avid readers (minus loud music).
Good joint for tea and coffee with no restriction on time, chill, discuss. On serious note knee seating chairs are very uncomfortable and the place needs quick revamp. Accepts paytm

Great place to hang over with your lads. Nice ambience according to the location Yeahh, and just have fun along with some beverage and books. Service is quite good and rates are nominal. That's why it is known as TEA'LA THE TEA LIBRARY Have fun!!😍
