Really bad man very bad customer service here they are not doing there work properly what they are paid for. If you have options don't come here my opinion
They have machine outside of the bank to deposit the cash and they are following covid-19 precautions very well.
Staff dr has no knowledge of account closure .. I visited wd my husband and told dem the process too as I am also banker even den dey did not listen and so bad that gave it written that dey can’t do as dey dnt hv any pressure from head office too to do d right work... bad staff worst services
I need to apply for salary card. Applied on 8 of Aug. Came at 2-50 and got the reply that it is lunch time. Okay. I came a bit later. Applied. More than 2 weeks passed and still acount isn't opened. Do u need and customers, a? If i had a choice where to open account for salary, i would go to axis or any other competitor. Shame on u, PNB.
