I was hospitalized at CHL Hospital Indore. Really appreciate the care and treatment provided to me. I found the team of doctors and nursing staff very caring, professional and efficient. The infrastructure and facilities are very good including good quality of food. They maintain high level hygiene, neatness and cleanliness. Thanks to each team member who treated and took care of me!
Will sound a little weird, but CHL is indeed my favorite hospital. The staff is cool and affectionate. Great docs., cleaning staff, security, nurses, administration! Although, on a very subtle note, I would like to add that you guys seriously need to do something about your HDU. The waiting room is too small with smaller benches. And, the worse of all, it doesn't have any washroom and the only option we have is to descend two stories and use the toilets at the ground floor or walk to the General Wards. Please, please, please, look into it!!
Very good hospital in view of safety according to epidemic. Hospital followed all safety measures like temperature checking, sanitization, keeping distance. Doctors are accessible, supportive, give proper time to every patient and listen all the problems before treatment. Vaccination for Corona also had separate arrangements. Corona patients and other patients treated separately.

Extremely touched and full of gratitude for the way my Chachaji was treated and cured. Like stories of all others... mine was equally overwhelming and full of gratitude towards the team of CHL... my Chacha Ji was admitted in late in the night as COVID patient and these guys fought for his life endlessly and made him recover totally. Taking care of very minute details and not leaving anything to chance... you guys made him hail and hearty ... there were tears of happiness and hearts filled with gratitude towards the doctors and team of CHL... Personal involvement of owners can be seen specially Mr Rajul Bhargav who was so empathetic. I wish them all the best and May they continue to serve the humanity always.
