The most useless branch of SBI I have ever seen . Zero customer service . No staff will even ask you why are you here what do you want any problem ? . No not even if you are dying in this branch . When you go and enquire for your problem they send you from one counter to other and the last counter will tell you to come tommorow . This what I have been through from last 3 days just take out a statement of account . Never recommend to open an account in SBI .
People doesn't give sufficient information. I work for a private IT firm. When asked for a personal loan details person said we can't get the loan if my company is not listed in stock exchanges which is not the right information. Please keep your staff informed about the things instead giving wrong information to poor farmers..
