Great hospital with all modern facilities without a doubt endowed with qualified doctors, very professional at their work. You can't see uncleaned floor here, Pathology and Diagnostic lab is one of the best in this hospital, very friendly nursing staff along with supportive doctors. If you want value for your money with 24×7 care, then come at True Care.
Dear readers, This is my honest and very painful feedback based on the unfortunate experiences witnessed at 'True Care Hospital, Indore' during the time of my father's treatment. Nursing staff's countless and endless negligencies / incompetencies: 1. Incapable to give correct medicines and inject correct doses of IVs even after reading Dr's treatment page. 2. Enters values of patient's vital stats like blood pressure, body temperature, respiration, etc. in file without actually checking patient. 3. Injects Insulin without even checking blood sugar. 4. Unable to operate ECG machine. 5. Incapable to insert INTRA CATH into patient's vein. 6. During night shifts, Drs, nurses, ward boys, everyone sleeps. Having put all the above troubles in senior Dr's, CMO's and Director's knowledge, no action was ever taken. Surprisingly, the Director, Dr. Arun Joshi very SHAMELESSLY replied that "We have hired all trainees in nursing staff and trainees are bound to make mistakes." In addition, Hospital over-charges despite of providing basic facilities. Hospital even adds those Dr's consultation fee to bills, who never ever gives their visits to patient. Note: My objective is not to demean True Care Hospital staff, but urge to people to think wisely that by admitting their loved ones in True Care Hospital, unknowingly they are giving their patient's valuable life into irresponsible hands.
