We had a good experience. Dr. P Goyal was available on the weekend for consultation and treatment was satisfactory. Staff was helpful as well.
Doctor Priyank Goyal : He confused us with the treatment provided. Did a treatment of Rs 10000 which was not required, had to consult other doctor for correct treatment. The lady at the reception acts very oversmart even if the approx treatment cost is 10000 they will ask to deposit 30000 on day 1.
Worst management .. only one person Bharat bhaiya is available for all works there .. No one is paying attention to patients .. worst management... No sanitization there in any single room.. nebolizer machine do not work properly ,.. if u care for ur children think twice👍😊
Worst hospital in indore ,And the doctor who is here, Ravindra Gupta does not know how to treat and operate, one of our family member was admitted, then very wrong operation was done by Dr. Ravindra Gupta, and the doctors here behave very badly towards the patient and their family members.
Hospital infrastructure is good however few things are very disappointed specially reception is not well digitalized and organized. They charge 2.5 percent extra amount if you want to use Credit/Debit Cards.
