One of the third class hospitality. Especially to who comes ESI. For ESI they simply don't care. Doctor comes n goes. No one cares about the patient. KLE SUCKS......

Doctors are good and treatment is good and the hospital big enough but the drawback is that no card payments, only cash is accepted here. Requesting from 2 year to make available card payments which will help patients to pay the bill amount but NO, still the same patients guardian have to go outside to search for ATM to take the money and return to pay the bill which consumes more than normal time And if patient is undergoing for any operation, hospital is doing for covid test for which they are charging 1000 rs but we won't get report in hand they are just telling to doctors about positive or negative then through doctors to us verbally... Same thing I have asked why we won't get covid report they told as it's been circulated from government of India not to give report to patients , if this is true then they would have sticked on the Notice board so everyone can read the Notice .....
