No time sense. They are joing duty after 9 30 am. Useless people. Many aged people are standing in queue. More than 60 patients are there infront of patient registration counter at BIIMS Hospital Belagavi. They should know about time management. Totally waste of time at BIIMS Hospital. We have been been waiting here for 45 mintues more. Third class workers
