Inefficiency in services at Bombay Hospital Indore we were discharged at 10.30 am My grudges are with billing and mediclaim department Ours is cashless mediclaim for which sanction was already taken We were waiting since 12 noon to go home Till 4.30 pm Billing department did not sent bill to TPA We are still waiting in room to be given clearance papers snd gate pass It is appalling services in modern times when with a flash information can travel two departments Billing and mediclaim do not want to work I personally went answer given to me was absurd it takes at time 2 days I offered to pay full amount in cash that was not an option Patient waiting to go home 7 hours his next dose of medicine coming due We felt like Prisoners Constant banging at mediclaim department doors someone moved and started taking action We got released at 7.37 pm at-last going home Will some one help Dr Archanabaser
Staff behaviour is so worst.... special staff in ultra sound department doctors and dopler doctors behaviour is worst dont visit here....very bad service
