My father was admitted in emergency. Their pricing is very high. No healthy food available. I think they can do much better as the locality is very good. Medical staff is very money minded. I had to pay 50 rupees everytime I wanted the dustbin to be emptied or washroom to be cleaned or my father needed some help to take out drip so we can take him to toilet. I ended up paying around 2k per day for the room and 500 in tips. They didn't have doctor either. My father's doctor was out on vacation so they waited for him to take the call before starting his medication. My father was luckily out in 2 days so I'm giving some stars. Doctors on round were good. Night doctors and nurses were helpful.
Very humble and caring staff. Good facilities and every time I visited my experience was very good.

There is no option of - rating that why had to select 1* , very slow services, they don't listen to the patient, better to go gvt hospital rather than this... Junk and Third Class, Totally Untrained Floor Staff. Never forget to recruit your patient. On the floor. Doctor & Nurse Totally Totally Totally Untrained !!!! Stay away from this hospital, if you want to save your life and money, nurses doesn't know how to operate thermometer how sillyyy..
Worst hospital doesn't recommend to anyone. Poor hospitality and worst behaviour by Staff. If u have mediclaim plz don't prefer that hospital.
