The vaccination centre is at old civil hospital at charkhi dadri. If you are coming from Gurgaon continue on NH334b, do not take the deviation as suggested by Google maps. Just be on the main road. After you reach dadri, ask for old civil hospital as there is a new one too.
I dont know who has created this location, poor local guide and google also accepted on wrong latitude and longitude. If you are one like me to get the MCH unit and running in one street to other you are right on your place because you are following google map. If you are looking for vaccination just go to Rohtak chowk and thn move towards Jhadu Chowk and there you will get a building name Old Civil Hospital on right hand side i.e. huge building is renovated recently. In that building you will get a division of hospital i.e. MCH (Mother and Child Care ) unit. I hope you find your answer. 28.595869,76.273609.
