There Urban Primary Health Centre does not have Landline or Mobile facility. Due to this one cannot be assured wheather the Vaccines have come or not.The situation becomes bad especially in case of lockdowns where one cannot use vehicles and has to go walking. Kindly request the Health Department to look into the matter and do the needful.
