Hospital is fairly good for small scale cases. Staff is cooperative.
I won't recommend it to anyone after my personal experience. Sharing the same here with y'all. I went to this Hospital somewhere in May End or June2021 starting, when there was lockdown in my City. A number of patients were already waiting. The doctor Mr. Sameer Mehta was busy having TEA, whereas the patient's were waiting. Initially I took an normal appointment slip and was told that my number is 16 or 17(i don't remember the correct one), but after waiting for almost like more than an hour, i asked the boy allowing patient's to doctors room about how much more time will it take. The boy replied that d doctor is having TEA (it was his second by d way in my waiting time)& it will take another 30minutes to my turn. Since my mother was not well and we were waiting for too long, i asked this attendant if i can change my slip to emergency, he said YES. I then paid the remaining amount of Rs. 300 and made it an emergency slip of Rs. 500. The attendant told that my turn will be after two patient's . I kept waiting like others but all my wait goes in vein when I heard the doctor is again having TEA (his Third in last more than 1:45 minutes. I asked the attendant if the doctor is even available and is interested in seeing the patients. Before he could even speak, a senior female staff came and asked what happened. I briefed her the entire story and asked what shall we do. She told that and i QUOTE """THEY DO NOT WANT SUCH PATIENT'S """ i could not understand what just happened, and she literally ORDERED me GET MY CASH BACK AND LEAVE. We left and with us almost 4-5 patient's also took their money back and left the hospital. I was a regular patient to this Hospital somewhere close to 20 Year's when senior Dr. Ramesh Mehta Ji use to look at patients. My last visit to Dr Ramesh Mehta ji was somewhere between Oct-Nov 2020. But unfortunately i feel bad to share that it's not worth to visit this hospital anymore. I left visiting this Hospital due to unacceptable behavior of the staff and also Dr. Sameer Mehta Ji. I know they will have a good number of patients but yes they have lost a permanent patient to their Hospital. I know my review won't make any difference in their behavior but if someone is reading this, i request you to visit the hospital assuming that your self respect will b hurt definitely. Also no-one in d hospital will talk to u politely which is the primary requirement of any patient or their attendants.
Well established. Proper staff . Doctors behavior too good . Safety and security.
Got 2 relatives admitted here. Both stayed admitted here for like 15 days and got no results 🙌🏼 then we shifted them to a hospital in delhi. They got better just in 2 days. Yeah, i know everyone says that delhi's hospitals are advanced... But those 15 days here felt a waste of time and money.....
They are more concerned about paper work and asking for money rather than looking after a patient who is having heart attack.
