Staffs have become very rude. Stayed for one day with my parents and could experience the first-hand experience from most of the staff. Some are sweet. Secondly, the hospital has become super expensive. Maybe 3-4 times more than other hospitals. Need improvement in almost field. Should improve cleaning. Behaviours of the staff, billing. Good doctors alone do not make a good hospital. Nidaan is blessed with some amazing doctors but sadly bad experiences due to staff, cleanliness and pricing. Been 2 hours since i asked for a wheelchair. Madam is busy seeing videos on her mobile.
Very good hospital with good and well trained staff. Doctors are very experienced . Health care service are good. Overall this is good hospital.
