Review as of July 15, 2020. I am writing this review solely based on this news i heard which concern this State Bank of India, Nuapada Branch. Story is: This elder lady went to this location to withdraw the pension money for her 100-years old mother, bank asked for physical verification of the 100-years old beneficiary. This elder lady had to drag her old mother to the bank so that she can withdraw her mother pension. I understand, banks got their policies, could they not just do it over the video call, so someone from bank make a trip there, mind you this is during the COVID-19 pandemic times, and she had to drag her old mother all the way there. I heard this news and wanted to expose what this branch is doing, and trying to do my part. shame on you guys.
Worst experience ever in my life. Not a good experience in terms of banking 🏦 🏦 🏦 🏦 activities. Even to open a new account they will give you a rollercoaster 🎢 🎢 🎢 🎢 experience. No doubt the branch can be clearly visible under every circumstance coz it is adjacent to the National Highway. It's been a very worst experience of banking. Really needs improvement. Infrastructure is good but the nearby 🏧 🏧 🏧 ATM performs abnormally.
