The area is very clean. Process is good as well, but staff’s are very arrogant. If you are outsider then they won’t listen you at all.

You should take your token and wait for your turn. 3 LED screens are mount on the wall for token number. And chairs are availble for setting. One enquiry counter is available for any enquiry.
