I would give zero star rating because the customer service is at worst. I have been in many ICICI branch in Karnataka, the service would be very satisfying. But in TN, especially this anna nagar branch they will really treat you like a dog for loan closure and amount deposit. That time I realised the worth of govt banks.
The Map Location is wrong for this place. I tried correcting it multiple times, Google is not allowing me. The correct location is opposite to Vasanta Bhavan restaurant near Anna nagar Roundtana. About Bank: Ample number of staffs are there to assist you. You need to wait to take your turn. There is a ATM available in this Bank.
Showing irrelevant location, unnecessary searching ... taking our time to reach the correct branch.. kindly update the correct navigation for the customer .
Very worst response to customers... And amount charges without any information... Going to i mobile app and check amount then i know.. I mobile customer service number not connect ...plz help me... And why asking-type debit card or account number between calling... What is the process... Totally not satisfied.
