Service is very bad. Very poor response. Staffs thinks that, they doing favours to customers. They don't realize their salary are paid from customers money.
Very Pathetic service and bad attitude, now I realised why our honourable Priminister wants privatise the government banks.
Bank staff are not listening / not picking phone/ not giving mail reply... Very poor response by this branch.
There's No reply for anything 😠ðŸ˜
If a customer approaches them with an issue with account ,, they easily tell "they don't know"...employee their don't even want to find out reason.
