This is the only Polytechnic College in Assam offering engineering in agriculture, the staff and sub staff are all gentle. There's also a guest house for night stay meant for the Polytechnic fraternity and outsiders who visit the college for related works. The campus is very spacious and one can breathe pure air in the midst of mini city. One can hear sweet sounds and songs of the few local birds all through the day. I love it.
I think it is the oldest polytechnic college in Assam as compared to the other polytechnic colleges in Assam. It's campus is surrounded by beautiful plants . But it's boys hostels are not in the college campus. About 1kilimeters distance between college and hostel. Most probably it provides free bus service for the students.
Quite an awesome place. Probably one of my best three years of my life, getting my admission in the year 2016 and getting my diploma in the year 2019. Faculty is awesome and quite helpful. I had my bad days, as well as my good days. Also, it has one scenic beauty places around town.
