Great place to stay for nature lovers
Peaceful atmosphere. Good views on hills from Balcony from selected flats. Clean and decent maintenance.
Power Cuts for 10 to 15 times in a day normally and in rainy season its worst...U can't work from home, Lifts are continuously making noise. Network Problem. Hard boring water which tends to hair loss and dry skin. All buildings are very close to eachother, balcony is face to face and very close. Not suitable for Family. I was staying at flat No.6, C2 wing. Irritating owner and worst behaviour.
Good in terms of rent, safety, accessibility, everything. Just the electricity problem is quite severe here. One can't survive without an inverter .
Good Place. I was on rent for 3 years and then i decided purchased the flat(resale).
