Surprised to see lot of people reviewing the area and not bus stand 🧐. Okay coming to the bus stand. I have used it to travel to during my school time. The bus availability and punctuality is on point most of the time. In recent time the bus have been limited here. And also the bus stand need a bit of modifications like upgraded seats for passenger waiting for bus . A public rest room. Also a shed for buses as during summer the bus gets heated up and it took hot for the passenger to sit inside the bus. There is a rest room for bus drivers and conductors inside the bus stand but lot of complaint came in that public tried to use those rest room and damaged the bathroom a bit. There is a ATM in this Bus stand . How ever most of the time the amount is not available. Like other side this is a good area to be in Chennai 🙂👍
Good connectivity in morning and evening. Low frequency of buses in non peak hours
very good peace full area no water problem.no electric city problem.lot of veg markets .
Most livable place with clean and calm atmosphere, however some vehicles do pollute. Temperature is almost hot everyday and have easy access to koyambedu and Egmore through MTC busses. Living cost is almost low. Only issue is that the water is a bit too salty to use.....
A peaceful residential area. 5 stars for those who like peaceful environment. 5 stars for soil fertility and gardening.. since soil is too good, even a waste food materials thrown, will bring up a new plants :) :) 4 stars for water, reducng one star bcs it is little salty..giving it 4 star bcs we have water anytime. 1 star for people who like crowded area..if u were used to main crowded area, you will feel difficult surviving here since it is calm. 2 star for bus facilities. We need more through buses here and provide more shareautos to travel deep through steets.
