Worst customer service. Staffs courtesy is very worst..went there for Bank statement signature, its very simple process but they raised n number of question finally not fullfill the requirements. Totally Disappointed about the service worst Branch Ever.. The staff named as Alan worst attitude... He is not in a mind to service customers simply skip and neglect the customers job.Dont know the basic sense to guide the customers. Shocked to came across this type of private Bank response ..even in national Bank and others private banks staff behaviour and courtesy is good....
