The vaccination arrangements at this site are very well managed. The police officer at the gate will only let you in if you have a valid appointment. Hence there are no queues/crowds. I entered the school and was quickly redirected to the designated room mentioned in my appointment document. The first receptionist in the room asked for my mobile number and told me my name as soon as i said the first four digits of my mobile number. This was impressive. Then the person sitting across another table asked me if i have any medical conditions. After a short conversation and telling me that covaxin was being given, the same person injected the vaccine in my non dominant arm. They politely asked me to wait in the open observation area outside for 30 minutes and come back if i felt anything wrong. This was smooth. I waited in the open area which was sparsely populated and the limited attendees followed safety protocols. I left the site 30 minutes after i received my shot. Meanwhile, on the digital side, i got an sms saying that my vaccine certificate is ready which i downloaded and saved for the next dose due 28 days later. Pathetic management of entire staff and doctors at this centre for Covid Vaccination. Visited today I.e 29/07/21 for second dose of Covaxin, reached there at 3pm today and didn't got the vaccination. It was a walk in entry of mine which is open now for second dose age between 18-44 at this centre. Even after this I was denied the right to get the vaccination, reason being that there aren't enough people for vaccination and they will not open the new bottle for vaccination. This was my consecutive third day that I have been denied the vaccination at this centre sighting the same reason. The staff on asking says that between 9am to 5pm you can come anytime for the vaccination, however each day I was denied vaccination as they said that there aren't enough people for vaccination. I fail to understand that what kind of arrangement is this?? Today, I talked to the head lady doctor there at the centre, She was giving reasons beyond any logic and beyond anyone's understanding. In front of me she allowed 3 people for vaccination sighting reason that they had personally called her and she had saved the medicine for them. Is she selling the medicine?? A valid question, is She?? I was there and after 2 hours of arguments I had to come back without vaccination. How will India will get vaccinated at this pace and attitude of doctors at such centres.
Went for 2nd dose of covaxine well managed arrangements staff was well behaved.
This school is running all the sector 6 sites for covid-19 vaccination. School building is very clean and well maintained.
