Really horrible staff to work with , not friendly at all . They won't give you correct information , the work which could be done in 5 minutes that they keep on pending for days and blame internet . They ask customers to get the printouts of forms, such pathetic management. There aim is to demotivate and iritate customer to the point that customer itself stop coming to post office
The post office working staff, behaviour are very friendly & helpful and assistance to the customers very adequately
