You even have an in-house opthalmologist who can perform proper eye test b fore you order your glasses online or offline at the store. They also give you suggestions on the type of eyeglass lenses and frames to be used basing on your power after testing. I have visited them for eye checkup and the opthalmologist as kind enough to help me understand the frames which would allow for proper fixing of my eyeglass lenses as I had high power. They even upload your prescription on the account so that you just need to select the type of frame you want and lens you want to be fixed and order them accordingly without the hassle of uploading the prescription or entering the power manually. They even have the best suggestions and the eye testing is done specific to the type of product, I mean they have specific testing for eyeglasses and specific testing for contact lens. All over I would say it was a nice experience and after the eye testing was done I order my glasses from the store itself. Though it was an online order as the store did not have the frame design I was preferring to purchase, they did help me proper advice for the fram and lenses.

Pros: Free eye check-up. Staff communication with customers is proper. Only drawback found is that less collections in the selected brands. Cons: More models available will be a good sign. Won't pick up the calls.
