A school for good discipline with a traditional back ground of around 75 yrs. The primary block of the School was inaugurated by Former CM Thiru K.Kamaraj.The Founder of the school Late Thiru P.S.Lakshmanaswamy was a well known freedom fighter and Mahathma Gandhiji stayed here a few times during his journey to Madras. Puratchi Kavi Barathidasan delivered his maiden speech only in this school premises. Once a handloom unit was functioned successfully and hand loom towels were gifted to the staff members then, on some special occasions. Till date the school is running successfully.
