Worst ever service from the bank employees, manager, service manager is worst of all. Cashier doesn't respond to our queries. No service is done immediately. Even a print out of statement from the bank, they will take 2dayd to respond. Irresponsible and worst employees ever for the management. Better to avoid banking here, shift your account some other bank. Waste of time banking here.

Getting in and getting out is an adventure. Crowded during Covid period, CROWDED MAX during normal times. It has like 15 counters of employees but still couldn't handle the crowd. 80 percent of employees are slow, lazy and rude. Rest 20 Percent are young and active. It has ATM and deposit machines outside. There are around 6 ATMs to serve people. No seperate parking, so people park literally anywhere on the road blocking the road all the side. Overall just another Typical state bank of india with lethargic employees. Better avoid banking here, if no option try to keep everything online or visit during non peak hours.
