Its a just like other govt. Organisations ,having old buildings most of them are about to collapse, poor hygienic conditions , and most important all govt.officers are irresponsible no one is their in time the day starts here after 1pm for officers, only 4th class employees are punctual, so if u have any kind of work you have to visit here regularly for minimum of 10 to 15 days..
