I have got my mother's knee operated in this hospital. It has been very smooth experience right from the interaction with the surgeon to the discharge. The surgeon Dr. Abdul D Khan encourages interaction at every stage and provide guidance to the patients. The facilities at hospital is also excellent. Food is hygienic at reasonable cost. As the details of package is explained well in advance there was no worry of escalating the cost of the surgery and hospital expenses. It's worth getting the knee surgery in this hospital.

My mother got admitted in this hospital for TKR surgery. Dr Ravi Chandra orthopedic surgeon is an excellent doctor.. did surgery very well, he is very friendly with patients, his psychological support towards the patient is excellent. And all the supporting staff of Apollo treated us very well... today my mother is able to walk very well... nursing staffs have excellent skills in handling patients and caring for them.. thank you all. Our stay in the hospital made us feel like home.

Good and Nice and beautiful hospital in terms of Ambience, hygienic, patience treatment etc., It is good for those who are rich or company sponsored or referred patient or having medical Insurance patients. A common, Normal or middle class people can afford for Out patient treatments but quite difficult to afford for surgeries. Simply First PAY money at counter and have to visit doctor. "Money Makes Many Things"

Planning could have been better. Too much time was taken for the initial formalities. The vaccine over-all experience was good.

Very Good doctor's response. we come to hospital for treatments. I really admire the doctors treatments and responses to the patients. If the timing and staff gets organized properly, that really welcomes. staff is bit irresponsive. especially canteen, they opposed with strong words and collected excess money as I unknowingly operated coffee machine when the attender is not at the desk.(I could have not touched as there is no sign board of "be right back/ not working". I thought its a self service machine) I said "I will pay for excess cup if required." please treat us as patients came to hospital, not for business. listen every word what we say. don't respond with years of experience in canteen. you may have 20 years of experience in canteen. but not in hospitality. Your response to customers speaks how polite you are working.
