Request to close this Theni branch permanently.. One of the worst experience today.. Trying to withdrawal money from ATM.but there's no money.. Went through cheque to get money.. they are telling my sign is mismatching. Because of their nonsense concept two cheque leafs are wasted for almost two times No money in main atm. No money in secondary atm. Staff behaviour is like local goons and especially that Manager is thief.. Manager is behaving like a a**hole.. They don't have proper skills to run the bank.. Not even single staff have no common sense how to handle customers. I won't give single star also..
Poor service...charges more...Few days only cash deposit machine working... especially after 6 pm no chance.... mostly it shows equipment error.
Today I had visited this theni branch to do cash deposit. Bank ambience is good with enough staffs. Even staffs' behaviour is good. I have a concern on the cash deposit process only. After depositing, I had to wait half an hour to get it credited. When I enquired about this, got a reply saying, there is process to get an approval for all the deposits internally. Thus is is taking time.. Really it affects customers. Nowhere I see such process. Usually in other branches, cashier itself directly credits in to our account.. We get our money with in seconds..
very worst empolyees in thenihdfc branches they are making fool of costumers i affected severely by these employees
Irresponsible manager(VISHNU Prasanna) and staffs. HDFC bank should re-mobilize the people in Theni branch. VERY VERY WORST STAFFS>> especially SARAVANAN.
