Came here in 7th standard , i was damn nervous about a kendriya vidyalaya which is not in air force campus ... but when i got in i got even more scared. I had very bad impression for the school on very first day , but then when i slowly started to get out of my comfort zone i got amused by the fact that i can actually fit in there too. Had best set of teachers around, had best ambiance . Yes i agree it doesn't have the infra of any convent school or the schools which we can see today but then at that time it was still the best. The support we get from teachers for not only academics but also for co-curricular activities was immense . I made friends who came from so different culture and background , we use to play a lot . We were raised with a moral to respect each other , feed each other's esteem with equal love and be kind. I saw many students who were naughty to a next level but i don't know somehow those also knew how to be kind and never bullied anyone. I miss my friends ,teachers and those day shifts so much. I can even write a book which will also be short describing this amazing golden part of my life but i will stop here. I just cherish those 6 years of my life. (2007 - 2013) batch... :) !
