Amazing Customer Service. Kiran was excellent in providing all the information we needed about the car. Starting from taking the Test Drive to finally getting the vehicle delivered was absolutely smooth. We got the RC book delivered on time. There were periodic and sincere follow-ups even after the vehicle delivery to ensure everything was OK. Overall we as a family are very satisfies about our experience and I would highly recommend Navnit Motors to anyone who wants to buy a BMW.
They come down hard on you for not using their service to the extent of making you sign a 'liability waiver' if things go wrong when you want them to attend to something. No explanation of course why their labour and parts are so expensive.
