Very worst customer service... I never experienced this in other banks .I just went for very minor work but the lady who handled is very bad, not answering for the queries properly.. Simply talking in phone.. I really felt very bad to reach your bank.. Take it as my request do respect to customers.... 1st time I am giving negative feedback because of the experience I had today on your bank..
i deposited the money in the bank today. few problems that there were long queue and no seat also to sit ,problems is cash deposit machine not working, because i am low BP woman.
