An important railway junction in coastal Andrea Pradesh. The amenities for commuters are excellent. Platforms are neat and clean.
1. Very clean platform, which is rare and should be appreciated. 2. Ask anyone the direction of IRCTC Food Track. You'll get decent meal and snacks for travel. 3. There's Pay-and-Use toilets if you've got time. 4. During our halt. There's even an announcement for a person who forgot his phone on the food stall. (Speaks in dozens about the well mannered nature of people.)
Very important station and Junction of the south eastern railway division. For people going towards gunupur, chattisgarh, jharkhand can divert from this station. Station had all the basic amenities and a veey neat A1 category station.
