Very small campus for such an reputed Medical college. Every thing looks good from outside but somewhere there is a lack in services. U have to wait in such long lines for OPD , Then finding doctors room is a task , things can be simplified, lack of front desk officers , all information are printed in hindi , which people like me find different to understand, every notices must be displayed in both hindi and English.
Good hospital in kota. And medical college famous in this area good specialists all facilities are available in this but some problems are there in this hospital. Sometimes staff not good and working of there rude. And the system of this hospital sometimes very bad. So many people faces problem daily. System not clear and easy. In this reason some time people dead of this only simple mistake of this system. Only 3 star.

I visited there for Covid Test. The services are good but people get trouble due to lack of knowledge of process. People have to wait in long queue, and when their turn comes, there is some or other issue in the form. There should be some notice informing people about the process. CORONA TEST PROCESS (FREE ) 1) Take a slip of Covid test from counter. (second window) 2) Fill the form and take Seal of medical officer. ( given in room nearby) 3) Take the zero balance slip. ( third window) 4) Submit the form for Sample. 5) Sample taking time will be informed to you. Note : Form submission time (10:00 - 1:00 morning, 3:00 - 6:00 pm evening) Sample collection time (12:00 -01:00 morning, 6:00 - 7: 00 evening)
