A government school named after the great leader Kamaraj who opened many schools in Tamil Nadu, gave lunch and educated the people. Villupuram is located in the main part of the city. The oldest school. Has produced many excellent students. Ancient buildings. But there does not seem to be proper maintenance.

I am studied in this school 1988-1990. Behind Shanthi Theatre. Watched the first movie bunked the class “ Chiranjeevi,s state Rowdy” and also “Super star movie Mappilai in seetharam Theatre. Very good teachers .Bhavani is my class Teacher and Tamil Ayya Viswanathan, PET Balu Sir. At the time our school SPL Appadurai. In Year 6 I got assignment to write alphabets. No restrictions, full of fun , learnt the world within short span. I am proud of TKMHSS.
