Birth Certificate with Name Can be obtained From Room no 8(Situated in right side after the entrance). You only have to provide certificate of birth provided by the hospital. The hospital where your newborn is born has to register birth at the earliest within 21 days of birth. You can get birth certificate within a year without any hassle, However after a year affidavit is required.
