The doctors are candid, full of love and passion for their work. The infrastructure is worth mentioning, and the cleanliness commendable. It has set a standard that is very high, all your data even that is 15 years ago is kept, although it takes time for one to get thoroughly checked at PGI. Besides that there research wing has published some interesting articles and is taking the field of science ahead.

It is a really good hospital and being good comes with a liability of being overcrowded and a little chaotic. But its one of the best places to get medical opinion/diagnosis/treatment. Obviously there is always a scope for improvement.

Their calling staff has no manner , how to talk.. if you are trying to call them they don't pick your call , if they pick then they didn't talk well. Their calling staff is very poor ,their girls has no manner. You cannot clear your queries by calling them. They didn't pick call or didn't response you accurately.
