Pathetic service and staff is so arrogant , for whatever you ask the staff say pls check with call Centre they can help you … if everything they do what is the use of these ppl , simply talking salary … Very negligence staff and this the worst bank ever … if the common people are treated in this way , how will the elderly people will be treated imagine and I have asked the staff can I speak to the manager for something else , and the manager is simple sitting and playing in mobile phone and staff says he is busy , you can leave the number we will call you back.. very ridiculous staff always never smile and govt post office and eseva is far better than this people . Manager is unfit for the job , ask him to resign and collect the garbage outside the street along with his team … Done with this guys and fedup it’s time to close the accounts and better shift to HDFC … and so one of my Amoy t is not deposited yet which I went physically went and deposited into bank 🏦 I am blasting this guys now ! Very worst staffing,they don't know how to treat the people and worst in receiving the people.they are doing scam for the sake of their work not for sake of customers.i want to tell the future people who want to work,do not take this organization as your intial work because they won't help you in improving your skills .if zero rating is enable means I will definitely give zero for this branch and bank
Please DO NOT open an account in this bank or any other icici bank...they run a SCAM...I went to open an normal account and they insisted me to get a “FREE” trading account as they are running an offer... I said no and they kept insisting it...so I said yes...after few days one of the excutive got in touch with me and collected details and took Rs1200 from my account and when I got back and asked them about the issue they said its NOT a free service and they charge for it....i raised a complaint to the excutive who opened mu account and he still says he is looking after the issue and I might not get my money back. Its been three months and no action has been taken. Shame on the ICICI bank. STEALING MONEY from people.
Disappointed with their NRI customer service.very laidback loan officer who never contacted me despite requesting their local NRI customer rep several times. I opted to move out of this branch and contacted ICICI phone banking and they helped me on many items and they r more knowledgeable than this local bank staff. I think it’s high time the ICICI bank need to work with this branch on training their staff at this branch
