Health systems are often organized in a "hub-and-spoke" arrangement, with a large district hospital (the hub) having more and better-trained personnel and better equipment than more peripheral clinics (the spokes).Work is going on till now, some buildings are left to be built. Some parts are working. Hospital is very neat and clean. There are two chambers of novel covid patients. Doctors are caring and have good knowledge.
