It is disheartening to say that I tried to get an E-pass. and it has been more than 2 weeks. The request still lies Pending. This is negligence. I have even tried to call many times but its always busy. How do they even address public grievances if they don't answer the phone during working hours and don't respond to email that was sent five days ago. At-least have the courtesy to acknowledge the issue so that we have hope that you have seen it. I hope this is taken up as an opportunity to improve than getting offended.Thanks and regards.
