I am 56 yrs old and studied from 1975 to 1983 till plus 2. I had wonderful headmaster Rev Father John Peter. I never forget the morning special class which begins at 8.00 am. I studied in the 3rd group. If u r 5 minutes late, u cannot enter into the class room. U have to wait until the morning prayer is over . Then comes the canning treatment of the Headmaster. Next day we will be class room by 7.30 not worrying the shevering cold. The school maintained best discipline. Pin drop silence is there during class hours rather u can hear the teachers voice. Many a many can be told. The sports day is never forget able. There r 4 groups in the name of colours. Competition is with these 4 groups. Good teachers, good environment, good colleagues. I am proud to say that I studied in St. Joseph's. I always remember my beloved Head master Rev. Fr. John Peter. Further, I want to name good teachers Govindan sir, Prasad sir, Vellarian sir, Charles sir, especially Amal Raj sir(physical education), Sangameswaran sir. All teachers r good. I named only few . I never forget my school. If another jenma as per Hindu philosophy is given, I want to be in St. Joseph's, Ooty. A royal salute to my great school
I completed my schooling from 6 th to 12th here year of passing 12th is 2006 Excellent school with low fee structure.
A very nice and good school for discipline , Good teachers and good environment for middle class people , it was memorable days during 1989-90, that was golden days in my life
Am old student of this school. 1999-2005 batch. Lot of fun,enjoyments and my friends never forget this in my life.
