I called today on contact no. 100. My car was smashed by my neighbour and they abused me and my family but the IO appointed for us contrarily favoured other party. Worst experience.

Not satisfactory. They should be strict against any incorrect parking which is right under their nose. Instead they are laid back and relaxed when cars simply speed across. They better pull up their socks soon !
