No one is there to help you out. Every person in eDisha Kendra starting from parking wala to every clerk on each window - consider themselves as a RAJA of some empire, always pretend to be busy without any work & look for bribe by various means. Govt. have taken a wonderful decision to serve people through digital mode, but, people sitting there are useless. Govt. officers shall understand plight of common citizens.
one of the best initiative taken by the state government to reach the level of good governance. I would like to divide it pros and cons pros:- 1. it provides all the basic facilities like water, air conditioner and sitting. 2. token system is available so no need to worry about nepotism. 3. operators are very skilled and fast so you have to wait for less time. 4. parking system is very good. cons:- 1. behaviours of the operators are not that much good as they are overloaded with work. 2. sometimes you have to face nepotism. 3. sometimes due to server errors you have to wait for so long.
