I stayed there for 2 days and the stay was awesome. The room had some issues with AC and they upgraded my room to one level up and it was awesome. The property is clean and beautiful. The reception area is picturesque. Breakfast has good lot of varieties. Staff and services are worth a praise.
Visit NYC for lunch Visited for lunch buffet with family. Amazing experience! You should skip several meal before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. The staff are great and will help you tailor your meal even if it's the buffet. The ambience and decor is very inviting for a relaxed buffet. Meenakshi welcomed us very nicely. She was so nice with us definitely visit again.
To heap praise on what is justifiably a five star hotel feels almost gratuitous. However, it would be remiss to not validate the efforts of the staff and management. This is a fantastic hotel. Every aspect of our stay was impeccable. We've been here multiple times over the past few years, and it's our go to hotel before leaving the country or while coming back. The staff are attentive to every need and they're always gracious, kind and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, and the amenities are functional and elegant. Both the airport transfers and buffet breakfasts are very useful. The chauffeur waited patiently while we dealt with some luggage issues, and we were able to contact him via the hotel's point of contact at the airport. Will continue to visit here often.
Went in to grab a coffee. The place is just awesome. Staff was polite and highly professional. Coffee tasted amazing. Couches were super comfortable and the ambience was great. This place has a great vibe. I'll surely be back for this ultimate experience. 🔥❤️
One of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, checked out at 1 am in the morning. Called the hotel and they were so accommodating that they gave us our room back with extended check out time. This one gesture will stay with us forever. This is a fine example of what hospitality really means. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. Each and every member of the staff is so welcoming and cooperative that you feel you are at home. 100% coming back whenever I visit India again. Rooms are so clean and tidy.
