They are highly unprofessional. They don't listen to you. Whenever you visit there they are not available then you hv to call them so they are don't pick your call. In every summer they stop water supply or doing minimal supply like 5 min or 2 min and if you want, they provide water tank at 2000 rs. The Jal Nigam are working like Mafiya in field. Note: For every single work you hv to pay bribes else do not expect anything.
I visited for two things, firstly for birth certificate department which is extremely busy and takes ₹400 for processing (instead of ₹20 which is officially declared & needs correction), and secondly for #Aadharkendra. Lucky the later wasn't busy and took just 3 min to process. Another very important thing which escapes from light is the leaking tap that waste a lot of water...Needs action urgently..
I went there to apply for birth certificate for my 1 month old baby. They gave me the form to fill and submit. When I submit the form, they verified the form and attached documents and said everything is ok. They asked me to gave them 500 rupees and go home and collect the birth certificate within 15-20 days(appx). I asked them that there is no such fee written anywhere in the formI(I can't remember properly but I think there was just 20rs or something mention there, either in the form or in the office's notice-board). They said "Petrol is very costly. We have to go to the head-office to submit the form in this hot sunny-weather". When I deny to gave them that money(i.e 500 rs), they told me to go and submit my file to the head-office myself.(In hindi " Haan to jao aur khud banwa lo head office se.").
