Not maintained properly the rooms were not so good. But the location is very close to railways station so good for someone waiting for train the next morning
Worst service. Classic hotel embarreses the customers if the booking is made through OYO app. OYO customer care also failed to provide quick solution. Most of the staffs are less educated, having no knowledge of hospitality. Speak rudely, behave rudely. If you give the higher room booking amount or handsome tip they will speak good. Otherwise they don't care about the guests. Rooms are also not cleaned. Dirty linen. Not good for couple. Not a friendly environment near by.
