The Room is not well organised as there was a Seapag on Wall,The Cover of Toilet seat was broken, Blanket was not clean as there are Some spots on it
It was not at all a good experience. Their towels were torn & their service is very poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Not at all satisfactory.
No Toiletries were provided. The rooms had dust mites in beds and mosquitoes hovering around, when asked for all out even that wasn't available. The taps of washroom were in broken condition with no washer present on those taps.
Rooms are way costlier according to the service they provide. Rooms are not maintained, bathroom accessories are not maintained, moreover reception guy tried to take more cash over the booking amount in name of some random charges.
It was a worst experience with OYO in this hotel (Kanchan Residency). I didn't find any facilities there, only drawbacks and worst services are there which is cited below: 1. Room have dirty bed sheet. 2. There is AC but does not have any remote of AC. 3. And when I thought to call to reception then I found that there was not any landline telephone in room. 4.There is bathroom with dirty toilet commode and a shower panel which was not working. 5. Surprisingly there was TV but all the channels were unsubscribed as they didn't recharge the set top box. 6. Most importantly all the staff have not wear any mask from manager at reception to service boy. 7. Behavior of staff was also not good. It was totally disaster experience with this hotel.
