My experience with your street light department is very pathetic. 4 LED Street lights are out of order for last 6 months. Response to our requests and responses are very bad. Your electricians come with ladder and go back without repairing the fault. One party says it is line fault and return back . Nobody comes to repair line fault. I have personally approached Supervisor Ramesh Chandra 7 to 8 times but to no avail. Please let us know whom to approach now? People are suffering due to darkness in the area for last 6 months.
