Best! even after so many patients visiting OPD daily they manage everything very beautifully. They have all state of the art medical equipments and best medical team to handle everything. In Rs.200/- OPD you can not expect anything more.
Yes, waiting time is much and few staff are unprofessional. This hospital is attracting patients because of few top eye doctors. Dr Anjum is very famous and a fantastic eye surgeon. My family and friends visit this hospital for him only, otherwise for other things we visit other places.
Hospital is very good with all equipment and doctors with separate specialisation but there is a big problem of car parking for surgery patients.only two wheeler parking facility.Huge space is available even then not allowed for surgery patients.This is a big problem for patients

On an average, the hospital screens over 500 patients daily and conducts over 150 surgeries daily. Since inception, IGEHRC Lucknow has screened over 1.5 million persons and carries out nearly 2 lakh sight restoring surgeries. It also is one of the very few eye hospitals in North India to have a dedicated patient counselling cell. Although the hospital staff is bit rude but hospital is fine, I will specially mention Dr Mohd Shah Zaki ,the way he takes care of patients is really awesome, and he is really a sober man, he also take proper follow up with every patient he treat, The hospital is running only because of doctors like him.
